Chris has extensive experience in the golf cart industry. Working in the Lake George area for over 15 years, Chris is well equipped to help his customers find their dream cart. He values providing top-tier customer service and supplying his customers with high-quality products. Chris loves what he does and strives to build long-lasting relationships. He is dedicated to his work, team, family, and most importantly his customers.

In his past life, Chris graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary School and was a head chef for over 20 years. Chris still loves to cook and delivers a fine steak au poivre for his family every year on Christmas. He is a family man who spends his free time hunting, camping, skiing, traveling, and being outdoors. Chris has been married to his wife Lisa for 25 years. OZZIE

Ozzie started off his golf cart career as a cart washer and delivery driver. Since then, he has strived to take his golf cart knowledge to the next level repeatedly, working his way up to becoming a lead technician. His hands-on approach to problem-solving and formal training gives Ozzie many tools to repair just about anything.

After several years of experience, Ozzie took on the role of manager of all carts in and out of the shop. His attention to detail, or what he calls “The Critical Eye,” allows Ozzie and his team to make every cart look and run better than the day it came to the shop. Part of Ozzie’s team is his lovely wife, Alexis. Ozzie and Alexis have been married since July 2024. Alexis accompanies Ozzie daily at the shop, where she leads the rentals and warranty work for Kelley’s Custom Carts. Their “pup,” Mia, is also with them daily at the shop, greeting customers and often begging for attention or treats.

Ozzie enjoys having his family with him as he works hard to help every customer that comes into the shop, calls, or emails him with their golf cart troubles. When Ozzie and his family are not at the shop, they enjoy time with family and friends. Some of their favorite activities include going to the movies, playing games, listening to music, and working on their home together.

EARLE

Earle has been working in the golf cart industry for 5 years. His primary focus is on sales, providing customers with the information, knowledge, and options for their golf cart purchasing experience. He previously worked in Cape Cod, selling retail golf carts to beach communities, campgrounds, municipalities, and countless individuals seeking golf carts for various uses. Earle concentrates on connecting with customers and identifying the right choices for their needs. He is more than happy to help and create an unforgettable buying experience.

Before entering the golf cart industry, Earle attended the University of Vermont and worked with the Men’s Basketball team as a Student Manager. Through this experience, he was able to create and maintain relationships with many people. He now lives locally, so he is close to the store if you cannot make it during normal hours.
